About the Artist
Ghanem Hassan is a Milan‑based contemporary artist whose work transforms displacement, memory, and resilience into abstract, luminous narratives. Born in Lebanon in 1993, he rebuilds identity through layered textures, gold leaf, diamonds, and emerald fragments, materials that symbolize dreams that survived instability.
His exhibitions span Europe, Asia, and the United States, including What the Silence Carried, a series of artworks embedded with diamonds and emeralds symbolizing pressure, and Beyond the Departure, presented at the European Parliament in 2026. Through his work, Hassan invites viewers to reflect their own stories and find fragments within the canvas
